build your
career here.

You’ve finished a huge master’s degree, and cut your teeth in a clinical internship experience. The imposter syndrome is real!

And now you’re entering the big leagues. The real world as a therapist. What an enormous step! You need the right supervisor to walk alongside you.

Will your supervisor have time for you, or will your time with them feel rushed?

Will they really invest in you, or will they just check the box of meeting with you?

Will they use up your supervision time rambling on about their own cases and experiences, rather than centering you?

  • Heather is a warm and empowering supervisor. She models authenticity in counseling and kindly and respectfully challenged me to grow as a provider.

    Adrian Hosler, LGPC

  • I am incredibly grateful for Heather's guidance and support as my supervisor! Through her expertise in eating disorders and her encouragement to trust my clinical instincts, I have grown both as a counselor and as an individual, gaining invaluable knowledge and confidence for success in this field.

    Ashley Davis, former supervisee

  • Heather is not only a great mentor but also a constant source of support. Her guidance has helped me navigate therapeutic obstacles with confidence, while her encouragement has inspired me to continuously improve and grow in this field that is constantly evolving and expanding.

    Brigitte Sandoval, former supervisee

  • I had the opportunity to experience Heather as my clinical supervisor at a mental health non-profit. Her alignment in my values as a clinician allowed for me to truly explore ways I could show up for my client's everyday! She was of great guidance!

    Jeylim Wayne, LPC

  • Heather helped guide me through my work, ensuring that every body, every identity, every spiritual belief was seen, heard, and validated, through our work together. I will take our time together, and the important conversations we have had, as I continue to grow in my professional identity.

    Isabelle Koene, former supervisee

here you will:

  • discover and fine-tune your own voice as a therapist.

  • wade through how to balance your work with the rest of your life.

  • always be centered in your supervision sessions. As with therapy, supervisor self-disclosure will always and only be in your best interest.

  • cover everything from ethics to career aspirations to complex cases to countertransference. (Countertransference is real, and everyone experiences it! There’s no shame in this game, and you can share it here.)

  • gain valuable, specialized guidance in working with disordered eating and body image.
