build your
career here.
You’ve finished a huge master’s degree, and cut your teeth in a clinical internship experience. The imposter syndrome is real!
And now you’re entering the big leagues. The real world as a therapist. What an enormous step! You need the right supervisor to walk alongside you.
Will your supervisor have time for you, or will your time with them feel rushed?
Will they really invest in you, or will they just check the box of meeting with you?
Will they use up your supervision time rambling on about their own cases and experiences, rather than centering you?
here you will:
discover and fine-tune your own voice as a therapist.
wade through how to balance your work with the rest of your life.
always be centered in your supervision sessions. As with therapy, supervisor self-disclosure will always and only be in your best interest.
cover everything from ethics to career aspirations to complex cases to countertransference. (Countertransference is real, and everyone experiences it! There’s no shame in this game, and you can share it here.)
gain valuable, specialized guidance in working with disordered eating and body image.
