My favorite thing is to work with many different types of clients - no two people are the same, right? Some of the issues I often help people with are: body image, anxiety, connecting to their identity, and healing their relationship with exercise.
I love helping my clients discover their truest self, connect w/ their own agency, and feel empowered to become a faithful caregiver for themselves.
Some of my other specialties have been shaped by my own lived experience. Growing up surrounded by diet culture convinced me that the best version of my body was a small, controlled one. I worked hard to make peace with my own body, food, and movement, and to bring each of those three elements into harmony, rather than wielding them against each other.
As a neurospicy person living (and thriving) with ADHD, I have learned to befriend and work with my brain, rather than against it.
And I want to help you do the same.
I offer weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, identity-responsive care for a wide variety of clients with a bunch of different concerns.
So tell me - what’s concerning you?
my clients describe me as friendly, dedicated, and insightful
